I'm french, (sorry for my bad english).
I've bought the software and downloded it.
Everything is ok but i'm sur that the registration is ok. How to know it (serial number ?...)

The software does not use serial numbers.

you may contact also the software provider where you download and bought that software, I guess you can ask them of what your concern.
