Weird. I've moved my installations around a lot and never had that problem with the "built-in" codecs. Is the ALAC codec listed as expected in the Configuration window?

If you have R14.4 then Apple Lossless encoder is installed by default with dBpoweramp, there is nothing more to install.

You run the EXE file by double clicking it, it will then install.

Installing Apple Lossless Codec on Win 8 64 bits

I am trying to install Apple Lossless Codec on Win 8 64 bits. I followed the instructions but had to install the codec in x86ProgramFile directory. The exe file I put in the encoder file will not unzip. Will this work in Win 8 64 bit?
Working...
