    Change quickly "artist" and "genre"?

    Gentlemen,

often the artists and genres imported from the databases are not correct, complete or I simply want to have different genres within one CD.

How can I change quickly the artist and genre before ripping (not post processing with another software)?

Changing the "title" is easy and how I would like to have it also for artist and genre: simply click F2, change the title and move with enter to the next. Is there also such an Option for artist and genre?

    Thank you for your help.

    Cheers

On the tool bar at the top in CD Ripper you can change the Genre and Artist.

I think having different genres per track, will require post editing.

As Spoon said, different Genre tags per track will require post editing. (You could rip tracks separately, changing the Genre tag as you go, but that's not very efficient....) Changing the track artist is easy. Open the Manual Metadata Review window, check the "View Track-Artists" box to expand the listings, and simply enter the desired tag for each track you're changing.
