Cannot update dbpoweramp

Within dbconfig, when checking for updates, if available, dbconfig will list available updates, however clicking on "Install" will lead to nothing. Nothing happens

It shows updates available for Music Converter from 14.3 to 14.4 and DSP effects from 8 to 9

Clicking the update opens a .html link, which is normally internet explorer, perhaps there is security software stopping an external program opening internet explorer.

i am running on window 7 and when I tried to update to 14.4, it downloaded a file, "getreg.aspx".
So what do I do next????
