Can I convert to a file format using the g.711 or g.729 codec?

I am currently using the product to convert to PCM Wave 16bit, but the speech analytic product needs it in this format. Any thoughts?

dBpoweramp will not (unless you have a ACM wave codec installed which can write to this, see the compression page on the wave encoder).
