PerfectMETA for an old FLAC-file?

Hello everyone!

I'm sorry for my bad english and I hope you understand my question?

Is it possible to rescan a flac-file to get a "PerfectMETA" checked file.

I ripped a few years my CDs with free programms to flac-file. I heared from dbpoweramp and think that this is THE programm for me. So I can rip my CDs with the db-CDripper. So I have perfect tagged CDs with one programm.

But is it possible to rescan my flac-collection with a part of the programm? I have seen that "PerfectMeta (use) 5 metadata providers" to create a (tag-)perfect copy of my music. I don't want to re-rip my CD-Collection.

Yes, this is possible with PerfectTunes. It can scan your full FLAC album rips and check against accuraterip database.

Thanks for your answer. But there is no Buttom to re-tag a FLAC-file. Where can I find it in PerfectTUNES?

Sorry, I thought you wanted to just check the accuraterip status rather than retag. I think you can't currently retag with metadata, but I recall that this will be possible going forward in future versions of PerfectTunes.
