Rip 2 tracks from a CD into 1 file?

Hello. Newbie question. How can I rip multiple tracks from a CD into a single file? For instance on my Alan Parsons Project CD, Track 1 "Sirius" and Track 2 "Eye in the Sky" segue together. I'd like to convert them into just one long song. How is this accomplished?

CD Ripper >> Rip as one button, move the start end positions.

Another newbie question here! Is there any way to compile multiple tracks into one file using batch converter? I've already ripped my audio collection but I'm after a workaround for a networked receiver which isn't capable of gapless playback

I'm apparently missing something: Where [I]exactly[I] do I find this mysterious "Rip as One" button? I've looked and clicked on everything I can think of, and can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance.
