Create Tag drop down lists

There is a drop down list for the genre tag, which can be edited. This is a useful feature. Is there a way to create and edit a list for other tags such as composer, instrument, style, period, artist etc.? I would like to have the ability to create these and use them for uniformity and consistency. Thanks for any help :blush:
