Rip WMA to one directory and MP3 to another......

Just got the registered version of DBP. Starting slowly, I ripped a one track CD to a WMA file in my music directory. Worked great. Then I set it up to rip it to another directory as an MP3, but the program (I'm guessing) decides not to rip at all, it just spits it back out at me.

So, I figure, delete or move the existing file to 'fool' the program into thinking it wasn't ripped before. Well, that worked. However, it is really tiresome to have to cut and paste the ripped album files somewhere else before I do hte second rip. Is there any way around this?

Also, my existing Windows Media Player will not recognize the file. It is in the music directory, but it doesn't show in the library. I can't see any option to add it. Do I have to get another play app, like Winamp? Just wondering.

Many thanks for your help in advance,

You can use multi encoder, the other folder you ripping to make sure dBpoweramp can write to it.

It comes with dBpoweramp, for the encoder you select '[Multi-Encoder]'
