When I right click a song file, the "convert" does not show up

I have used dbpoweramp convert for many years with no issues. Suddenly, when I right click a song file, I don't get the "convert..." in the list of options. I have repurchased the product and let it reinstall and no change.

Please help.

Windows can sometimes restrict the number of items it adds to a right click, if there are too many (installed by other programs) then some are left off.
