Can't get download link to work

I just purchased dbpoweramp and received the E-mail with the download link but it doesn't work.
I click it which takes me to a page with a download button, which I click. Then I get the standard open, save, cancel options.
Open does nothing, save takes me to a page to select the download location, but won't download anything unless I change the filename - the default is not a normal file name but a long string that looks more like a link.
I tried calling it dbpoweramp.exe but once downloaded it won't run saying it's not a valid .exe

I tried going to the website and logging in to get a download link, but it just does the same thing. Then I get the too many lookups message and have to wait 30 mins to try again.
I'm really starting to regret spending the money.

I'm running windows 7 home premium 64 bit, fully updated and just using internet explorer.

Please email your order number to:

(PS your internet explorer is set to a very high security level which is preventing the download).

Re: Can't get download link to work

Apologies, it seems I have some malware on my system that was preventing the link from working. I discovered this after deciding to install chrome to see if it worked any better and not being able to use their download link either.

      Hitman pro found nothing
      Spybot only found cookies
      MSE found nothing
MBAM found two trojan redirect entries and removed them - all working now

So it wasn't you guys, sorry about that.
Now I'm paranoid about my system and considering a total re-install because I've been getting malware alerts on and off for a couple of months.
