Updating coverart

Hi All,

I am going through and manually updating all of my cover art. I have looked at a few online services and the artwork is either different or missing, not that great, and rarely has any of the internal pages.
A lot of my music has interesting and useful booklets along with the cover. I have two questions:
1) How to I replace the old cover art with what I am about to scan in?
2) How can I make it so that when I listen to a piece of music (on something like JMC), I can flip through the booklet and read it on screen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Select an albums worth of files >> right click >> Edit Tags >> [Add Album Art] >> Aquire From Scanner

2) I do not know of any players which would allow this.
