Can't change ID tags..

Hello,
I'm a bit desperate.

I've ripped more than 400 CDs with no problems and copied the files to external USB Disk.
On my second PC with assetupnp I save the files on an internal disk.

Checking the server with chorusDSHD On My iPad I found some mistakes in the ID Tags.

For example:
All My a-Ha CDs standing under 0-9.
But all ID tags seems alright.

Another example:
I can't change the ID tags of some downloaded files. The changings wil not saved. :-(

I check the file settings and properties and can't find anything.

As someone an Ideal for me?

File Format ist aiff.
