Audio Fix (mp3/wav)

Hello guys, how are you all doing? Hope everyone is fine!

Some years ago (I guess 6) a friend of mine recorded a music with some voice and he just converted it using DbPoweramp.

I found this file today and It doesn't open in any video/audio player and doesn't open with any kind of codec.

Is there anyway to fix it? Can anyone help me with this trouble?

I'll be very, very, very thankful!

You can try converting it with the latest dbpoweramp

What kind of file is it? WAV container with mp3 codec in it?
