Upgrade Asset UPnP WinXP to WHS version

I'm running a WHS 2011 server and want to use Asset UPnP as my audio server. I read that I can run the WinXP version as "server" on my WHS. I also read (hopefully no missinterpretation) that version 4 planned for this year would include a WHS 2011 version as well.
If everything is this way - is it possible to "upgrade" a WinXP version to the future WHS 2011 version and how ?
