How can i get a cyrus streamer to see and play music from itunes located on an Imac ?
Can i rip on an Imac in FLAC and have files on NAS drive and also rip and have same in Itunes but in lossless format?

iTunes cannot be used to send music to a Cyrus streamer as it relies on UPnP.

You need a UPnP server for the MAC

We cannot recommend one as we create one for Windows.

        Try googling.

          ok many thanks.
i assume that this also answers the other part of my question in that DBPoweramp ripping software only works in windows and not IMAC ?

maybe WINE would allow you to run dbpa on your iMac.

Wine does not allow CD Ripping, you can install Parallels on the MAC, that would allow you to run dBpoweramp and Asset UPnP on the MAC.
