Splitting wav file into 8 mono wav file

I am in sound post production,and I am getting wav files from location recordists.Many of the files are one file,but needs to be split in to separate mono files some split out to be 8 9 separate mono files.The way I have been splitting them is using Final cut.I am on PC so it is time consuming to make a omf then split them out.OMF only does 2gigs.
Does this program do this function??????

Yes look in the Utility section of Codec Central, there is a channel splitting codec there.
