how to start the ID Tag Editor without Explorer

i'm running dBpoweramp not from Windows but under wine: things work fine so far, but i'm stuck launching the ID Tag Editor because, obviously, outside Windows there is no Explorer in which to right-click music files and say "Edit ID Tag" to launch the editor.

So: is there a direct way to launch the ID Tag Editor, without Explorer? I didn't even find an *.exe that looks appropriate, only DLLs...

It is not possible as the tag editor is run from the DLL
