Comment field automatically set/filled out?

Is there a possibility, that the comment field ist automatically set with a text, like "Tagged by Illustrate"?

Sure. Just add what you want in the ID Tag Processing DSP. If it's a constant, like you suggest, go to the "Additions" tab and add a comment tag and specify the text you want:
