How do I keep "/" in genre field when converting music file?

I was trying to rip some CDs to ALAC first. I used iTunes' genre for genre field. For example: Genre of Chris Brown's album is set to "R&B/Soul". Then I used Batch Converter to convert all ALAC files to MP3 Files.

ALAC Genre field looks fine when I loaded to iTunes. However MP3 one is converted to "R&B; Soul" in iTunes.

Is there any way that I can keep "/" after converting? I've tried to add Word/Character Replacement DSP when converting, but it didnt work. Or I just shouldnt use "/" in tag at all?

    Thanks in advance

/ is a multi item seperator for mp3, if you want 2 items for genre, then set a R&B; Soul and it will be written as 'R&B/Soul' to the file.
