    Using a DSP File

How can I use a DSP File?

What program supports *.dspeffect? RoomEQ Wizard creates just *.req DSP files and I did not found any DSP program, which creates a *.dspeffect.
I also can export a wav or text file, but how can i load it into dbpoweramp.

    Can someone help me?

    Thanks a lot

dBpoweramp's DSP effects can only be used internally to dbpoweramp it's self.

      Thanks spoon

I want to use the dbpoweramp's dsp for ripping my files with the right eq settings. Therefore I create my EQ settings with Room EQ Wizard. I saw that you can load files into dbpoweramp' s dsp. But how can i create a *.deq or *.dspeffect file?

      thanks a lot

EQ should always be applied on playback, never ripping, as later when your room changes, or something changes your files are all wrong.

          You are right.

But it would be an improvement, if dbpoweramp could do it. My idea was that I rip it twice. First one without any EQ for my backup and the second one with my personal EQ settings, because I do not want to convolving on demand. I put my fAiff Files on my ipod and play them direct on my amp in Pure Mode.

Well, I saw that you can add a VST Plugin. That what I am looking for. But actually I did not found the right VST Plugin. Do you know, which works well with dbpoweramp
