Problems downloading and installing dbpoweramp r14.2

[NJJS]

I have the exe file and emails confirming payment, together with the order number.I can can download the install exe file, but when I run the installer I get a message Cannot install 'C:\program files (x86)\illustrate\dbpoweramp\windowsXPRemovePropHan dler' Disk may be full.

My operating system is Windows 7 professional, and I have systamtec Norton Internet security, and System Mechanic Professional running.

Try disabling your security software, it sounds like that file is being blocked.

I just tried disabling the Norton, but got no change in the installation attempt.

Previously had you installed the trial ok? if there is an Ignore on the install for that file, it can be ignored on Windows 7 as it is not used.

No I went straight to purchase. Tried again today as the system mechanic is off. Same problem.

Does the installer give an ignore option? if so click it and continue.

No it did not give that option.

Been away for a month. This one installed and worked ok.

Now. The trial period has come to an end can I use the previously downloaded order number to register, or should I try to install one of the previous download program?

reinstall from the first registration link in email, install over the top of your existing.
