back up my ripnas to another server

Sorry if this is a stupid question
How can I backup my ripnas to a tranquil home server
I am using a mac with remote desktop connection but when going into the windows home server console and backups I can't access the tranquil homw server although it is recognised on the net

You would use the MAC to copy from \\RipNAS\Music every file and folder you find there, to the other NAS.
