After reading your post about Sonata, I decided to check it out. The Sonata web site says that it isn't for dbpoweramp users until further notice. Will we be able to try it soon?

There would be a conflict as the software for ripping is the same for both.

Yes, we've detected a conflict with users that have dbpoweramp installed on their PCs, we're fixing it.

Coming this week with the bug fix, dBpoweramp is automatically uninstalled when installing Sonata as usesa the same ripper but with a different GUI
