What's my firewall blocking?

When I right click a file and from Edit ID-Tag try to add album art from the internet nothing happens unless I turn off my firewall (ESET Smart Sec 4). I've setup firewall rules to allow dbconfig.exe, musicconverter.exe, dmcfileselector.exe & getpopupinfo.exe however something is still getting blocked. What could it be? Thanks.

The edit tag uses 'getpopupinfo.exe' to host the edit tag page.
