Rip to multiple hardrives

I'm about 300 cd's ripped, new to dbpoweramp and enjoying it. My question is "How do I" rip to multiple external hardrives at the same time. This might have more to do with setting up the PC rather than the db software but I'm not computer savvy, just a user.

Using a Windows 7 PC with two external hardrives plugged in. Hardrive 1 is used to store and play all my cd's and hardrive 2 will be used to store whatever cd's i've ripped recently. I then want to take hardrive 2 to work and copy those files to my backup hardrive 3, my offsite archive backup. So hardrive 1 and 3 will be an exact imagine of one another.

Anyway, can I do this? So far I've only been able to select one path in db.

You could use Multi-Encoder, add the same encoder twice.
