Keeping iTunes Metadata if overwriting w/ db rip?

i've a lot of files i ripped w/ apple that are using a lousy cd drive, which i've changed the metadata on (album name, track title)

how can i set dbpoweramp to use the metadata in apple itunes? really, all i'm trying to do is re-rip the file with a more accurate rip.
