Normalize

hey guys,

I am making a on line radio, and i am usig dBpower amp to do the conversion.
i've used the settings trim silence and normalize so that all the tracks would sound the same,
but the things is, if i apply the same parameters to all kinds of music some of them will be louder than others.

example: a techno track with the normalize at+0dB it will be louder than a chillout track at +0dB.

i was wondering if someone have any good tip to use normalize some way that all tracks sound the same (leveling).

Which type of normalize are you doing? ReplayGain, Peak to Peak or Adaptive?

i am doing the adaptive window lenght 3000ms 0db max amp x8

i dont know if this is the correct way!

Try using the replaygain option.
