Coverart missing??

Can the boffins please assist.

I ripped over 400 cd's, including coverart. Tranferred it to my TVIX, hooked it all up to my AV amp. Music plays properly, shows all album info, but the cover art wont display. I ripped a couple of cd's with the windows media player, and it diplays the cover art.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

Ripped it to WAVE. Im using windows 7 proffesional 32 bit.

That will be why, not much can read Wave ID Tags (where the art is contained), consider a different format, such as FLAC if supported.

But then why when I rip the cd with the windows media player, the TVIX then displays the cover art.

I do not know I do not know the TVIX, all I know is Wave is difficult for ID Tagging compatibility. It could be the TVIX is specifically targetting how WMP writes album art (which is non standard - lots of hidden files based on a random number).

When ripping the cd, it creates a jpg sub folder with the art in it, is it possible to configure db poweramp to include it in the ID3 tag?

dBpoweramp does already include it in the ID3 tag.
