Decompress flac file back to wav?

Do the flac files have to be burned on a disc to do this? I can't figure out how to do this, with the compressed files on my HD.

Wow, 20 views and no reply but I found out that all I have to do is right click on the FLAC file and click on Convert. It was that easy. No need to even load the dbpoweramp exe.
