I have a transcription service with very large insurance company clients. One of them now wants me to transcribe customer service telephone calls. These calls are recorded in .nsf format. I need to convert .nsf to .wav or .mp3 so my typists can play the conversations their transcription programs. I NEED TO BUY A CONVERSION PROGRAM NOW AND NEED TO BE TOLD THE NAME OF THE PROGRAM. THIS IS URGENT, URGENT, URGENT.
