How do I create file listing my music collection?

I would like to send a friend a file (preferably compatible with Excel, but *.txt otherwise) listing my music collection in a reasonably ordered fashion. (Something like Artist, and then each album, perhaps also each song as an option.)
I would think Asset has the information, but is there a way for this program, or another one, to output it to a file?

I am not able to find Audio Info after downloading. Is it for registered/purchased users only? I am currently testing dbPoweramp on a 21 days version. Windows 7 64bit.

Install to the same folder as dBpoweramp then it is in the convert to selection box

Best used with the dBpowerAMP Batch Converter. Select your files then use the convert button to "convert to" the selections to audio info

Thank you all! Got it! Wow, what a wonderful tool to have. I am constantly buying duplicate copies of CDs I already own. Now I can have my collection via cell phone.
