Featuring artist in title

How can I set the featured artist to go in the title in my metatags? e.g. I would like:

Title: Beautiful (feat. Colby O'Donis and Kardinal Offishall)
Artist: Akon

Instead of:

Title : Beautiful
Artist : Akon; Colby O'Donis and Kardinal Offishall
