Auto Look-up on Insertion of CD

What settings do I need to use to ensure that when a CD is loaded the metadata is automatically looked-up without having to press retry? I have dbpoweramp on 2 XP machines, one does this fine, the other does not, but I cannot see any difference in the settings that would cause this difference.

Try restarting the program, it should autodetect a new disc in the drive.

Unfortunately it doesn't - I get the same problem on one PC every time I use it. I have the latest version of the software which I upgraded recently - should I try a complete uninstall/re-install?

Do not think it would make a difference.
