How Do I change the cut offs between tracks

I have been using dBpoweramp to rip CDs and nearly all of them have worked out very well. However, on Dark Side of the Moon, there are several tracks which are pretty guiet toward the end (but still with signal) and they get cut (as the end of a track). The length of the tracks listed on dBpoweramp are also different than listed on the CD cover.

Is there anything I can do to adjust this and make complete copies?

First check how a normal CD player plays the disc, what are the track lengths shown on that?
