Upgrading from R13.5 to R14?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but it appears I can't do this.

I go to the registration page and enter my order number but it just shows a download link for the MEta data stuff?

Where can I actually upgrade?

You must have input the wrong order number (an AMG Activation one). You need the order number supplied when you bought or upgraded to r13. It should begin with the letter U.
