DB player will not work, tried everything

All info I have read on site does not help with DB music player. I have the latest software...paid in full.....still no luck!

dBpoweramp Audio Player is 10 years old and is not compatible with the latest R13 music converter.

It always worked for me ... in fact your new one is horrible .. i have to fix it to get it to work (so i went back to the old one)... you are not user friendly ....
