Conver to -b 320

I have Reference version installed. Can't figure out the right parameters to use command line conversion (need 2 create a batch file for conversion).
Can anyone tell me how create one ? i have all my FLAC files in C:\ and i want to convert to the best mp3 v0 quality i.e -b 320.

Command-line where dBpoweramp uses CLI Encoder, or you are controlling dbpoweramp via the command line (scripting)?

I am using windows and want to use RUN command or make a .bat file.

Still no option for 320kbps v0 only 240kbps max when i set in cd ripper. What to do ?

-b 320 is a Constant bitrate setting not a VBR quality setting.

Got -b 320 -encoding="SLOW". Now how to convert via RUN command ?
