Ripping to iTunes

I am using multi-encoder to rip an archive copy in FLAC and an AIFF copy to play on iTunes on a PC running system 7 64 bit. I need to play a copy using iTunes because it streams to an AppleTv in the media room. Everything rips ok but I can't get the AIFF rip to load into iTunes. Have tried a number of different locations for the AIFF rip but no love. Can anyone tell me how to rip so that the AIFF rip is recognized in iTunes?

You need to manually add the tracks:
