Changing filenames

I've read the sticky on tagging but am none the wiser on where the option is to change the filename format. I want the track no, then track title, then artist, then album title. At the moment I am getting the artist first so can't choose individual tracks on my Squeezebox as I can't see the track name until I start playing a track. I can do this easily in EAC but can't see where to input the data in dbpoweramp. Also, can filenames be batch altered at a later date to suit the GUI of a new hardware player for example ?
