What do I do if DBPoweramp converter no longer works
On Wednesday, September 23, 2009 I purchased dBpoweramp Reference R13.3, costing $41.4.
It worked fine for the first few weeks, no problem. I suspect things did not work after the trial version I downloaded expired.
Now it does not recognise any tracks for conversion, so as a registered user I requested a new Registered download install. I did a reinstall from your site but no change.
I can't see anything to help me for this basic problem on the support forum.
When I access a DCD it just tells me 'Track01.cda ...... Track02.cda .....' etc so is unable to look up the details. I am connected to the internet at the time.
