Migrating to new OS and new drive

I have installed a new hard drive and changed OS to Win 7. I have installed DBpoweramp reference. Is there an easy way to migrate my settings from the old install to the new install? Thanks in advance.

Not easily no, dbpoweramp writes to the registry:

HKCU\Software\Illustrate

and the folder:

%appdata%\dbpoweramp

Is this info current? Is there a way to migrate the latest version from one system to a new one? I am rebuilding my machine this week.
