Not sure this is the right place--mods can move it desired.
I have two notebooks which could be used to run dbpoweramp reference--a dell inspiron 7500 (PIII, USB 1.1) or an Asus EeePC 1000 (Atom, USB2) These could be paired with either a MADDOG DVD reader/writer or a Plextor UltraPlex X 40max. Both are external. The MADDOG has a USB connecction, but the Plextor has a SCSI out which I am not sure how it would be connected to either computer.
The issue is both reliability and speed using Reference.
Any help/suggestions GREATLY apprecited. George
