simultaneous FLAC and MP3 encodes

when I rip CDs I end up having to do this twice - once for lossless FLAC which I use for home streaming, a second time for compressed MP3's for portable use. I know there are profiles, but is there any way to rip the CD once and do two encodes automatically, placing them in the appropriate folders ?
