How do i disable multi-cpu or force encoding one at a time in CD Ripper?

I am using CD Ripper with CLI encoder to encode ALAC using iTunes via iTunesEncode. It seems that every 2nd m4a file results in 0 bytes and the temp wave file is left hanging around. I think iTunes only supports one at a time which is causing this issue.

    Can multi-cpu/thread be disabled?

There is a DSP effect called CPU Force, also make sure Multi CPU option on the multi encoder page is unchecked.
