Adding album art to files already ripped?

Can I add album art to the files I already have ripped? MP3 and FLAC? if not what would be the best strategy to do such an operation?

    Many thanks,
    Bert

Write a folder.jpg file to the same folder? that is enough for most media players.

About 70% of my CDs ripped have album artwork (as a folder.jpg) file placed into the correct folder. What is the best way to find those folders which don't have the folder.jpg file and therefore need to have one added?

Around 1000 to 1500 folders no more.

I am using a QNAP 409 NAS and Twonky version which came with NAS purchased March 2009.

I have used dBpoweramp to rip all CDs (often using batch ripper which is where there may have been some missing) or via the Linn download site)

Am fine with DOS commands although not UNIX - Many thanks Mark

Do a windows find for folder.jpg and sort on the folders. Those which are missing require folder.jpg

There used to be a program called Album Aggregator that would use Amazon to locate missing album art but I'm not sure that it is available any more.

Instead you could try this http://www.codeplex.com/maa
