Rename without converting

I have a large number of AIF files. I want to rename all of the files to the [title] tag contained in each file. I see the "Dynamic" option on the Batch Converter screen, and that does set the filename to the [title] tag. However, it reads and writes the entire file, which I do not want it to do.

Is there any way to get the Batch Converter to just do the dynamic rename without processing the data file?
