How do I add album artwork to ripped files

I have the following situation:
1 directory containing 10000+ flac files. All these files are present in the root of this folder (no sub directories). All have flac tags (but not necessary the universal "right" tags - EG Stealers wheel / Stealer's wheel, Hall and Oates vs Hall & Oates etc.

Is there a way to have dbpoweramp scan all these files and update metadata including adding album artwork? I have been playing around with it but it seems it is unable to.
Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
