Spoon's FLAC ripping guide

I know that I saw a link to Spoon's guide for setting up dBpoweramp to rip CDs to FLAC while browsing through the forum. I thought I had bookmarked it, but now I can't find it. I don't remember if it was in this forum or Hydrogen Audio. Could you provide that link?
