Convert to 192kb?

I recently purchased a new version of dbpoweramp.. on my OLD computer I used dbpoweramp & could convert to 192KB & 320KB.. on the new poweramp, It jumps from 190kb to 220KB! & then to 240.

HOW DO I CONVERT TO 192KB & 320KB!??! I need these formats.

Did you try CBR instead of VBR?
